Mark’s world-class Performance coaching expertise was honed both on the sports field and in the boardroom, leveraging his unique career and life experiences to shape an unwavering passion for unlocking life and career bests in individuals, teams and organisations.
Mark spent over 12 years in financial services leadership roles in HR, ops and strategy for the Prudential and Liberty groups, building ‘lived experience’ of leading teams in globally matrixed businesses across Asia, Europe and Africa.
Mark is a decorated elite team sports coach, having led the South African men’s hockey team to the 2018 World Cup and Commonwealth Games, and he built on this performance expertise to found coaching businesses in Africa and the UK, before joining Bring Your A-Game as managing partner.
