Harriet Evans
Harriet’s journey in performance began as an adaptive rowing coach for British Rowing. Harriet worked closely with special need schools to give young people access to sport, getting people out on the water when they never imagined it was possible. Harriet also coached potential Para athletes and is a qualified national Classifier for GB Para Rowing.
Since 2013, Harriet has spent over a decade working with global consultancies in performance, working with clients specifically in the field of Communication, Body Language, Impact, Team Dynamics and Leadership.
Harriet has not only managed a Sales and Client Service team for a global consultancy, but has achieved great success managing her own multi-million pound portfolio of global clients across industries, including Pharma, Finance, FMCG and Tech.
Past clients have included Aldi, Loreal, Hiscox, SJP, Expedia, Avarto, Clyde & Co, Gilead, Bayer and Workday.
Harriet has a real appetite for using creativity and nature to ensure mind and bodies operate at the highest level. Away from the “desk”, Harriet runs creative wellbeing workshops focusing on the outdoors, flowers and nature.
Outside of work, Harriet is very outnumbered, juggling two energic little boys and is also set to have her first middle grade fiction book published next year.
