Ash founded Bring Your A-Game in 2016 and for the last decade, has leveraged our ‘flow research’ accredited programmes to deliver Performance Impact for clients around the world​.

Ash is an England/ GB masters hockey player, (reigning European champions and World Cup ’26 to come ) and is part way through a world-first series of ultra and marathon events at the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.
